If you have a warranty claim, please contact the business that supplied the iZone product to you. We have existing arrangements in place with our partner network to deal with warranty claims.

Getting Started With Your New System

Download the iZone Home App to get your system up and running.
Register your product

Your system is supplied with a standard 2-year warranty. To extend your warranty for a further 8 years you are required to complete this warranty registration form and email it to iZone at registrationdesk@izone.com.au along with a copy of your invoice within 60 days of purchase.
